After a long career in gastronomy, we decided that it was time to go back to our origins and share our passion for the culinary secrets and delicacies of Dalmatian cuisine with our friends and acquaintances. In 2007 we opened our restaurant "Konoba - Zum Ritter" in the old town of Kassel. Over the past ten years we have made many new friends and acquaintances there, but above all we have delighted fans of the diverse Croatian and Mediterranean cuisine.

So we decided to open our kleine konoba in Wilhelmshöhe together! Driven by the love for our job, we follow our calling to delight our guests with selected food, drinks and hospitality.
